For only $18, you can receive an at-home impression kit (which is refundable) or a free 3D scan at a SmileShop. They also provide two other payment options for your convenience.

If an aligner touch-up (additional aligners) is required, your treatment plan will be reassessed. If that's the case, new aligners will be made and mailed to you for free.

Outside of the first 30 days

If you decide clear aligners aren't for you, you may still return your unused aligners for a prorated refund (based on the percentage of aligners returned unopened and unused). When returning aligners, please keep in mind that you are liable for the shipping charges.

After treatment

You will be eligible for up to one free aligner touch-up per year if you change your SDC retainers once every six months and wear them as directed.
