As instasmile products are custom-made they are unfortunately non-refundable.
That said, we will always do what we can to work with all of our customers to ensure that they get the smile that they desire, therefore;
1. If you change your mind after placing your order, please notify us within 14 days and as long as you haven’t opened the impression kit then please return it to us at your own cost (Do Not Use the free postage return label supplied) and we can issue you with a full refund. The free postage return label (if included) is provided to return your impressions that have been taken only. If you return the unused kit using our free postage return label we reserve the right to charge our administration fee of $100. If you have used the original impression kit (including spare components) and wish to cancel within 14 days we reserve the right to charge our administration fee of $100.
2. After 14 days, if you have used the original impression kit (including spare components), used our free post return label, for some reason have not managed to provide a suitable impression, we will require you to take our free of charge video coaching call with one of our Smile Consultants to get you through the impression process. This has a 95% first-time success rate and only takes 30 minutes!
3. Once you have received your made-to-measure, fully customised instasmile veneers, you have a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty during which to notify us of any defects.
Please alert us to any faults within this time. Should there be any issues, we will work with you to make sure that your new smile is fixed as soon as possible. At this point, we cannot offer a refund, as your instasmile has been created exactly to your specifications, and cannot be resold.
Struggling with your impressions? If you’re having trouble taking your impressions (this is totally normal so don't get too disheartened!), we offer all our customers a complementary video coaching call with one of our expert Smile Consultants. The video call takes just 30 minutes, and has a 95% success rate for taking a great impression first time - meaning you're closer to your new smile.
We cannot accept final product returns due to hygiene reasons. If the defect falls within warranty we can either remake the product for you free of charge or offer you a full refund.
