My impression was unsuccessful, what happens next?

If you have received a notification that your impression has been unsuccessful, our friendly team will call you (Monday to Friday) to explain the reason for this, and to offer help and support before you try again.

Your self-impression kit comes with enough putty for 2 attempts, but it is important that we speak with you before you try again so that you have the best chance of making an accurate impression on your next attempt.
