Does my instasmile come with a warranty?

Our aim is to provide you with a quality product that fits securely and accurately. Every instasmile has a full quality check before we dispatch it to you to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Each instasmile product also comes with a 30 day manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing errors or defects, or fitting issues. From October 12th 2021 all instasmile products now include a 12 month warranty in the price as standard.

In the unlikely event that you need to claim against your manufacturer's warranty, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your instasmile by completing our online contact form. Please also include a short video and/or images of your instasmile showing the issue you are reporting. Our friendly team will look into this quickly for you, and let you know how this issue can be resolved.

You will be unable to claim against the manufacturer's warranty if:

  • A repair or alteration has been attempted
  • The product has been accidentally damaged
  • The product has been lost
  • The product has become stained
  • The product fits, however, you are unhappy with how it looks. Remember, a period of adjustment is to be expected when you first receive your product
