If your first attempt has been unsuccessful and you’ve used all the impression putty in your kit, don’t worry, you can order a new impression kit by logging into your account. If you’d rather speak to a person, you can always give a member of the team a call and they will organise a new kit to be sent to you. You can also purchase a rescue kit for use with your original impression, so before you throw it away or order a new impression kit, we strongly recommend speaking to one of our Customer Service Experience Team.
When using a rescue kit, it is important that you place the syringe in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before use.
