How do I order a replacement impression kit?
If your first attempt has been unsuccessful and we have confirmed that your impression looks like it has failed, fear not! We include a second set of putty in your kit for a second attempt, however we STRONGLY suggest you book in for a FREE of charge video call (worth $50!) with one of our Smile Consultants for your second attempt as youre 90% more likely to take a great impression AND get your instasmile up to five times faster! If you book a video call , follow our instructions and your impressions still fail, we can also supply replacements free of charge. If you opt not to have a video call these items will be chargable.
If you’ve used all the impression putty in your kit you can either order some more putty pods or if needed a full new impression kit for an adiditonal fee by logging into your account. If you’d rather speak to a person, you can always give a member of the team a call and they will process your order for your replacement materials and arrange these to be sent to you.
You can also purchase a rescue kit for use with your original impression if it has failed due to movement or drag, so before you throw it away or order a new impression kit, we strongly recommend speaking to one of our Customer Service Experience Team.
When using a rescue kit, it is important that you place the syringe in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before use.
